Please read these terms before using the Join form. By using the page, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
1. About us
Ultimate Pool League is operated by Ultimate Pool Group Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 12497963. Its registered office is 2nd Floor, De Burgh House, Market Road, Wickford, Essex, SS12 0FD, United Kingdom.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@ultimatepoolgroup.com.
2. Purpose of the Join page
The page allows an individual player or a representative of one or more teams to register interest in Ultimate Pool League UK activity. The information supplied helps the UPL leagues team identify the appropriate regional contact and assess local demand.
The page is an enquiry route only. It is not a league registration, team acceptance, membership agreement, fixture confirmation, payment facility or guarantee of a place.
3. Information you submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide. If you submit information about a team or other players, you must not provide unnecessary personal information about them and should have authority to make the enquiry on their behalf.
You must not use the form to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful or unsolicited promotional content.
4. What happens to an enquiry?
We may review, store, update and forward the information to the relevant UPL league organiser, operator or authorised contact for the area entered. That contact may then communicate with the person who submitted the enquiry.
Response times vary. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a league, team, venue or suitable playing opportunity currently exists in your area.
5. League availability and information
League areas, venues, playing nights, capacity, formats, eligibility requirements, dates and registration arrangements can change. Any opportunity discussed after an enquiry remains subject to confirmation by the appropriate UPL contact and the applicable official rules and registration process.
6. No payment through this page
The Join page does not take payments or create a paid subscription. If you later register, subscribe or pay through an official Ultimate Pool platform or another authorised service, the separate terms displayed by that service will apply.
7. Privacy and cookies
How we handle information submitted through the form is explained in the Join Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technology is provided in the Cookie Policy.
8. Website availability
We aim to keep the Join page available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the page will always be free from errors. We may update, suspend or replace the page where reasonably necessary.
9. Intellectual property
The Ultimate Pool and Ultimate Pool League names, logos, branding, page design and content belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may use the page for legitimate personal or team enquiries but must not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
10. Misuse and security
You must not attempt to interfere with the page, bypass security controls, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, automate excessive submissions or use the service in a way that may harm its operation or other users.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of opportunity or decisions made in reliance on an unconfirmed league opportunity. You should obtain confirmation from the authorised UPL contact before making travel, venue, team or financial commitments.
12. External services
If you follow a link or are directed to another website, application, payment service or social platform, that service is responsible for its own content, availability, privacy information and terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Join service or relevant requirements change. The latest version and update date will be displayed on this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
