Useful information
Locally connected organisers, venue contacts, captains, promoters and pool-community figures can enquire. You do not need a completed plan, a confirmed venue or teams at the initial stage.
A complete plan is not required. Tell us what you know and what you would like to build. Venues, tables, teams and league nights can all be discussed after the initial enquiry.
This is an independent commercial operator opportunity and is not salaried employment. It is not presented as a conventional employment role. Operator appointment, area scope, licence costs, support and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before commitment.
The current operator allocation is £10 per active team per match night. An eight-team, 14-fixture session gives an illustrative gross operator allocation of £1,120. Actual income depends on completed fixtures, active teams, retention, local delivery, venue arrangements and confirmed UPL terms. Income is not guaranteed.
Operating a UPL area involves a licence fee. The amount depends on the territory and is discussed clearly with an official UPL contact before any commitment. No payment is taken through this form.
UPL provides the recognised brand, digital league-management platform, marketing and launch resources, and operational support.
The enquiry is saved in the organiser database and emailed directly to leagues@ultimatepoolgroup.com. An official UPL contact can then discuss the area, opportunity, licence terms and next steps with you.
Submitting the form only starts a conversation. Area availability, the licence fee, responsibilities, support and commercial terms are explained before either side commits.
This page is for prospective regional operators. Players, captains and teams looking to join should use the Find a Local Pool League page.
