Ultimate Pool League is operated by Ultimate Pool Group Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 12497963.
1. Information you provide
Depending on the enquiry route, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, selected area or towns, your current involvement in pool, team or venue information, team interest, and any additional details you choose to provide. Limited technical and security information may also be recorded to protect the service and validate submissions.
2. How the information is used
Information is used to review and respond to Season 2 enquiries, identify the relevant UPL area or league route, contact you about the opportunity or joining options, manage follow-up, protect the service from misuse and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
Your enquiry may be shared with the UPL leagues team and, where reasonably necessary to respond, the appropriate authorised UPL league organiser or operator for the relevant area.
3. Interactive Google Map
The Start a League page can display an optional Google Maps interactive map. The Google Maps JavaScript API is not requested until you choose to enable the interactive map, unless you have previously saved that choice in your browser.
If you enable Google Maps, your browser connects directly to Google. Google may receive technical information including your IP address, browser and device information and may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies. Google's Privacy Policy applies to that third-party processing.

4. Lawful basis and retention
We process enquiry information with your consent where you ask us to store and pass on your enquiry, and where appropriate for legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, operating and protecting the service and understanding genuine regional demand. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal or operational requirements.
5. Your rights
