Ultimate Pool League is operated by Ultimate Pool Group Limited. The Season 2 pages are currently configured without advertising pixels or non-essential analytics tools.
1. Strictly necessary technology
The Season 2 pages use a browser session for security and form processing. This is required to protect submissions and keep the service working correctly.

2. Interactive Google Map
The Start a League area section initially uses UPL's own territory data and does not request the Google Maps JavaScript API. Google Maps is requested only when you choose to use the interactive Google Map, or on a later visit if you previously saved that choice.
When Google Maps is enabled, Google is a third-party service and may store or access information on your device and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information. Google's own privacy information applies to that processing.
3. Remembering your map choice
If you choose Use Google Map, the page stores the first-party browser preference upl_google_maps_consent_v1 in local storage. This prevents the map question being shown repeatedly. It is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics.
If you select Not now, Google Maps remains disabled and no Google Maps script is loaded.
4. Analytics and advertising
No advertising pixels or non-essential analytics tools are intentionally enabled on the Season 2 pages at present. If that changes, this policy and the relevant consent controls must be reviewed before those technologies are activated.
5. Browser controls
You can also delete cookies and local-storage preferences using your browser settings. Removing the saved Google Maps choice means the map will ask again before Google Maps is enabled.
